If you need to feed a baler, move material past sorting stations, or separate bulky materials, we probably have a conveyor model that will fit your application and your budget. We manufacture conveyors that are flat or inclined, above-floor or in-floor, driven by pulley tension or roller chain, powered by electric or hydraulic motors, and single-speed or multi-speed.
Chain-Belt conveyors include adjustable tail pulley assembly, in-ground pit feeding section, 2” steel angle bolt-through cleats and a hydraulic-drive with continuously-variable speed control. In-floor pit length up to 20’ and belt width up to 72”. Most sizes ship assembled for quick-fit installation.
In-floor conveyors require constructing a pit in the floor so that the belt is below grade. This accommodates efficient, high-volume loading, since you do not need to pick material up but can scoop it across the floor into the pit where the belt will take it where you want it. We manufacture standard-duty in-floor slider-bed conveyors and heavy-duty in-floor chain-belt conveyors. Pits range in length from 5 feet to 20 feet or more.
If your situation does not allow for constructing a pit in the floor, an above-floor conveyor may suit your purpose. Loading the conveyor can be accomplished with a bucket loader, tote-dumper, or feed conveyor. We manufacture standard-duty above-floor slider-bed conveyors, and can also modify chain-belt conveyors to be used above grade.
